Open Records Request

Under the Texas Public Information Act (Government Code Chapter 552), any person has the right to request information from Maverick County agencies.

How to request

1. Send your request by email to openrecords@co.maverick.tx.us.
2. Describe the records you are requesting as specifically as possible.
3. Include your name, email and phone number.

The County will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by state law.
