Emergency Operations Center Updates – Saturday, March 28

Informative Flash For Saturday, March 28, 2020.

The Emergency Operations Center would like to update all Maverick County residents:

As of yesterday, Friday evening, no additional positive cases have been reported. Additionally, 4 cases which were awaiting results have been confirmed negative. Our administration continues to monitor the situation and flattening the curve.

Maverick County and the City of Eagle Pass will continue disinfectant distribution on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 from 8 am – 12 pm. We will not be requiring utility bills to receive the product, only containers with lids.

Distribution locations will be the same as today’s:

*Maverick County Lake
*Nick Carr Community Center
*Old Eagle Pass Junior High School
*Student Activity Center
*Shelby Park.

Businesses are welcome to pick up the disinfectant.
